My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from Freeway Honda and decided to add Honda brand crossbars on top. I installed them myself only there was an issue with the plastic plug that fit into the rail holes. One of the plugs had been snapped in two during manufacturing. I presented the problem to the service advisor, Erick K., who told me that while he understood the problem, his concern was that the manufacturer would likely think that I had over tightened the plug and snapped it off myself. That is not at all what happened, but I understood his perspective. He then brought in the manager, Jamie, who looked at it and confirmed that the plastic plug had snapped off and was preventing the bolt that secured the crossbar from being installed. He too had the same point regarding what the manufacturer would think of the problem and likely wouldn’t cover the repair under the warranty, which was frustrating because the CRV was only 9 weeks old and I did not cause it to snap. I was not pleased at all but understood the unfortunate position I was in. At that time both Jamie and Erick had an Idea and Jamie took it back into the service bay and 5 minutes later returned after having removed the snapped off piece. Their effort went well above and beyond and is not something I see that often in today’s world. It was refreshing to see and greatly appreciated.

While traveling south of LA, our van's Check Engine light came on- flashing ! And the car started to run really rough. We contacted the closest Honda dealer, which was Freeway Honda. They were so incredibly helpful every step of the way. We limped into the dealer, they right away took care of us and got us a rental for the remainder of our trip. They diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it; it was done when we came back up 2 days later.

Mathew and Erick with the service team are both seriously amazing. Mathew took insanely good care of me and my old 2007 Honda Civic that was experiencing a parasitic draw of the battery. They took 2 weeks with the car to diagnose this and DID NOT charge me. Insane to say when most other dealers will rip you off on the service side especially. When I came in to pick up the car, Mathew was ill and not in. Additionally, I was confused about the car having an issue still, in which Erick stepped in to quickly explain the situation with the car to ensure I was fully aware of the fuse that was allowing the voltage draw. THANK YOU SO MUCH ERICK AND MATHEW!!

Actually the best dealer experience I’ve had in all my years owning cars. Mathew and Erick helped me beyond what anyone else would do. They solved an 8 month issue for me and helped address a huge battery issue. They took over a week with the car and did not even charge me to diagnose the car. This place has the most honest and genuinely knowledgeable people. I come from the mindset of not bringing cars to dealers for service, but I would seriously bring my cars here anytime. Erick stepped in to calm me down when I was genuinely frustrated and confused about my car still having the issue, which he showed me it was fixed and I was just mistaken and being stupid. These guys are the best and I see why the reviews all stand so highly.

I’ve been a customer of Fwy Honda for well over 20 years and bring my 3 family cars there for service. More times than not Saib is my service consultant. I find him to be an excellent communicator who explains both the car-related questions I have as well as the trade-offs to having work done immediately vs. later. I find him very honest with good character. I also appreciate the sense of urgency as I wait in the lobby as he keeps me posted and updated on progress. Very happy with the service level and the product expertise.

I was greeted promptly and was informed that they would do oil change and inspection and that I would be advised if any thing further needed to be done, which did happen and I approved of work. The wait time was not long and I appreciated the way Michael in Service Dept. handled my visit. What is important is that I feel I can trust Freeway Honda with maintenance service!
