I would like to share the recent great service I received at Freeway Honda. I had my car serviced down at a Honda Dealership down in in San Diego which included Transmission service that was not inexpensive. I took my family to Disneyland about 90 miles away and when I was getting close I had a warning message that my transmission was overheating and not to drive or accelerate to fast. We drove to the Freeway Honda dealership in Santa Ana thinking our day was going to be shot. With the money we had spent and the time to drive up to Anaheim we were not feeling great. When we pulled up the service we received was tremendous. Freeway Honda went above and beyond to work with us on getting the car diagnosed and repaired The service manager Jamie and the service advisor Adrian took care of everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made us feel comfortable in telling us not to worry, and assisted in getting us to back and forth to Disneyland as quickly and efficiently as possible. We had or car fixed and a new service transmission service performed with as little impact on our day as possible that you can have in a situation like this, It is really nice to see that great customer service still exists, It's seems to be a rarity in this day and age. Based on the service I received I give Freeway Honda the highest recommendation possible.

Freeway Honda has become my pseudo dealership as it’s near my office. So I have been using their part’s department to add accessories to my “new to me” 2023 civic hatchback. To date I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Once the car needs service etc I intend to use them for that as well. I would encourage others to give Freeway Honda a try.

After over a decade and 8 leases, my partner and I made the switch from another Honda dealer to Freeway Honda. Believe other reviews that say they will get you a deal other dealerships will not. We contacted multiple and none came close. Toby is an excellent salesman and a lot of the details were worked out over the phone. When we arrived Joe Zinno helped us with paperwork while Toby finished with another client. Once paperwork was complete we met with JC in finance. All 3 gentlemen made this process so easy. They are all knowledgeable, patient and kind. The entire process (paperwork, finance, test drive, car wash, explaining features in car) took less than 2 hours. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will be back.
