Had to do a fairly major repair on an 8 year old Honda. While these are never fun to have or pay for, the job was done efficiently and professionally as always. At a dealer it’s not the cheapest repair but you get what you pay for when you’re wanting to maintain a vehicle for the long haul. Hondas are great and last if you do what is needed. Super appreciate Hector and the team for finding discounts as needed and for even washing the vehicle which isn’t a standard part of service. Little details like this is what keeps people coming back. Thank you to whomever listened and noted. It was noticed and appreciated. Creating value even in small ways in a time of high expense is key to customer satisfaction. Well done team.

Service was good as usual, a little pricey but keep in mind you’re purchasing peace of mind and safety and they do a great job. Only complaint would be the coffee machine lol ….. the capuchino was full of ants 🐜

Great service! We were down on our luck, and our whole engine needed to be replaced. The service department was very helpful and kind in our situation. The repairs took exactly how long we agreed on, and we were out of a car for a minimal amount of time. Thank you very much, freeway Honda !!!
