I had the most wonderful mechanic who cared about my car and keeping me safe, they were thorough and ensured my honda will keep going. The waiting experience was nice and the whole facility is pretty wheelchair accessible with comfortable areas to park.

Staff are really nice. Went for an oil change, so I got the simpler multi-check service. They said all looked good including the battery, etc…but I had to return a month later due to the battery. I will update my review when I get the new link for my last visit. This review is for the visit in March. UPDATE: The review returns me to my previous review regarding the March visit. As stated, I had to return a month later due to the battery. The vehicle gave me no warning, so I wasn’t sure what was going on & brought it in. I inquired on why the vehicle didn’t warn me or show the battery light, but they could not give me a reason other than it’s a 2016. They also added on more things it will need soon, which I was not told about on my original visit in March. My vehicle has under 100K miles. I hardly drive it. Battery was a bit expensive, but I had to get it. Hoping future visits are better where I do not have to return right away after being told things look OK.

From the moment I arrived at Freeway Honda, the experience was exceptional. I was warmly greeted by a service porter whose introduction was simple, professional, and very reassuring. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, and let me know that an advisor would be with me shortly. He even personally introduced me to Erick, my service advisor, right there in the service drive. From that point on, Erick took control of my situation with care and professionalism. I had rattle and noise issues with my 2024 Prologue, and he immediately informed me that their master technician, Trei, would be handling my vehicle. Throughout the process, Erick kept me updated and informed, making the entire experience lighthearted, stress-free, and truly appreciated. The staff at Freeway Honda were absolutely amazing. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and resolved all my concerns within the same day.
