Great experience from start to finish. The team was fantastic, starting with salesman Amir Fatanat. He was amazing to work with: transparent, responsive, and reliable throughout the process. Last week I went to get my car serviced at the Honda dealership in Santa Ana . A very nice girl named Kenya was the one who assisted me. She was great. Her and her team answered all of my questions and resolved all the issues I was having with my car in a prompt manner. I always trust the Honda dealership because they have always given me great customer service but this time they went above and beyond with the service they provided. Thanks Kenya and all of her team. They gave me peace of mind.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles, especially lately. My daughter needed a car and she decided on a Honda CR-V. I sent out inquires as to real numbers, the actual drive off cost and monthly payments. Someone from Freeway Honda responded very soon with all the numbers. They beat other dealers by a wide margin. We both went to the dealer and all the financial details stayed exactly the same. Toby in the internet sales department showed us different models and after deciding on the one we wanted, the paperwork moved swiftly. Out with a new Honda in just over 2 hours. Everyone we had contact with at the dealer deserves an A+

My husband and I worked with Martin Trujillo of Freeway Honda and I highly recommend him. First off, we are wary of pushy sales people and we came the first time to only test drive and decide if the Honda CR-V was the right fit for us or not. Martin was informative, patient, and helpful. He was totally fine with us just coming to test drive knowing we were not buying that day and helped us in any way that he could. When we ultimately decided to go with Honda, we readily came back to Martin with the car we had decided upon and he made the process a smooth and easy one for us. He is always smiling and friendly and he goes above and beyond for his customers! We had a trade in that had an issue with the paperwork and Martin made sure to see us all the way through even after he had sold us the CR-V and could have handed us off to another associate. Instead, he got on the phone with me several times and promptly answered texts to assist with any questions we had and he was super helpful and made this experience great for us. Working with Martin made me know I was in good hands! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great guy to work with! And we are so very happy with our CR-V sport and with the support we had from Martin!

Oscar was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came in for what I thought was a problem with my engine but after a thorough inspection,, they found it to be just a bent metal plate under the car due to my husband slowly driving over a curb once and it was rattling against the engine. I assumed they would overcharge me to fix it but only charged $8.50 for the new screws for the plate, nothing for the check up and labor. thank you!

I had sworn off Hondas after a bad dealership experience (not here) more than 10 years ago, but when my current Audi EV lease was about to expire, I was looking at alternatives -- didn't like the ugly turn Audi and BMW designs had taken - but the prologue seemed good looking and the lease reports on forums seemed very good I reached out to Freeway Honda's chatbot and was later connected to Francisco who handled the sale process. And it was as efficient as my prior experience with Audi dealers (which was great) No nonsense, no run-around, "why don't you come in and then we can talk" type bs -- Francisco negotiated and confirmed all numbers over the phone. Did not talk down or try to up sell me in any way. Pure professionalism -- which I expect now as the baseline, having negotiated over a dozen lease deals in the past two decades Once we agreed on the VIN and the lease details, I went to the dealership and was in and out in under an hour or so. This sales process at Freeway Honda and the good experience driving the Prologue so far is giving me renewed confidence in Honda as a brand (although I know the underlying is GM's Ultium platform, Honda did a great job w exterior design and interior). I have 2 more German car leases ending in 2026 and 2027 -- and I am going to give Honda them another shot for at-least one if not for both of them when that time comes

Love the people here, car troubles are so stressful & can be extremely expensive but the staff here really seem like they are trying to help you with your needs as fast and cheap as possible! Fixed my car battery super fast & it was free under warranty :)
