Oscar was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came in for what I thought was a problem with my engine but after a thorough inspection,, they found it to be just a bent metal plate under the car due to my husband slowly driving over a curb once and it was rattling against the engine. I assumed they would overcharge me to fix it but only charged $8.50 for the new screws for the plate, nothing for the check up and labor. thank you!

First off, we are wary of pushy sales people and we came the first time to only test drive and decide if the Honda CR-V was the right fit for us or not. Martin was informative, patient, and helpful. When we ultimately decided to go with Honda, we readily came back to Martin with the car we had decided upon and he made the process a smooth and easy one for us.
