This is my second time going there for my early oil change/ tire rotation and I had a recall on my car. I made an appointment for 8am and I was out the door at 9am. I always get awesome service, the vanilla coffee is the best hahaha. No, but seriously, everyone is very friendly and so far, no issues. Will see you guys again next year!

Great Dealership, knowledgeable staff on the Honda vehicles is necessary of course but staff patience, time, friendliness and professionalism remain outstanding! Freeway Honda found me the exact vehicle I wanted, and the entire purchase process and delivery was very smooth, from sales, financing, service including the general manager approaching me on site to make sure I was 100% satisfied meant everything to me. I will almost feel guilty in returning for routine service to not say hello to department employees since they make you feel like family.

I had an oil change due and 2 recalls to do and they completed them all within 3 hours. They offer a free shuttle to and from work (10 miles I think) which was nice. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful.

me and my husband are overall happy with our car and how we have been treated after purchasing. the only reason why I won’t do 5 stars is because I had a very unpleasant experience with the finance department guy. he was very rude, completely dismissed me when I was so polite to him, I had one simple question and he suddenly turned on me. I was about to have them refund me my thousands of dollars I put down for a car REAL QUICK. anyways, our used car is running well, we have had minor stuff like the battery going out and our tires having low pressure but freeway Honda helped us until the issue was resolved. we are happy!!
