I had sworn off Hondas after a bad dealership experience (not here) more than 10 years ago, but when my current Audi EV lease was about to expire, I was looking at alternatives -- didn't like the ugly turn Audi and BMW designs had taken - but the prologue seemed good looking and the lease reports on forums seemed very good I reached out to Freeway Honda's chatbot and was later connected to Francisco who handled the sale process. And it was as efficient as my prior experience with Audi dealers (which was great) No nonsense, no run-around, "why don't you come in and then we can talk" type bs -- Francisco negotiated and confirmed all numbers over the phone. Did not talk down or try to up sell me in any way. Pure professionalism -- which I expect now as the baseline, having negotiated over a dozen lease deals in the past two decades Once we agreed on the VIN and the lease details, I went to the dealership and was in and out in under an hour or so. This sales process at Freeway Honda and the good experience driving the Prologue so far is giving me renewed confidence in Honda as a brand (although I know the underlying is GM's Ultium platform, Honda did a great job w exterior design and interior). I have 2 more German car leases ending in 2026 and 2027 -- and I am going to give Honda them another shot for at-least one if not for both of them when that time comes

Kendra at Freeway Honda is one of the best at diagnosing and explaining in great detailed about the fuel injector problem with my 2017 CRV Honda that I had been struggling with for a while but didn’t have a clue on why the cost was high. Kendra’ ability to explain the problem, how the repair process was going to be and the fairness of the pricing, made a day satisfactory. I have been being the car since I bought it from the dealer at Freeway Honda and I have worked with several service managers, but it makes me feel at ease when Kendra takes the time to consult with American Honda if there are parts or services that can be covered under my original warranty. Just this last piece to me is very admirable as many don’t take the time for research. Thanks … car is running smoothly

Victor was fantastic. He has the patience of a saint. It took me several days and many test drives to help me make up my mind on what car I really wanted. He is super knowledgeable about not only Hondas, but other vehicles. He even allowed me to test drive an SUV home to see if it would fit in my garage! Everyone there was super helpful and friendly.
